$75/hour

An hour of clinical supervision offers guidance, professional development, and a structured space to review cases. You receive case consultation, can discuss ethical dilemmas, improve clinical skills, and get support for navigating systems. Supervision includes appropriate documentation of consultation.

CMHW supervision requirements

CHW supervision involves guiding, supporting, and monitoring Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ensure they effectively connect communities with health services, focusing on supportive strategies like joint problem-solving, mentoring, and fostering trust, rather than traditional top-down management. Effective supervision bridges the gap between the CHW and the broader health system, addressing unique challenges and promoting both CHW retention and program success.
