Who we are

Welcome to Hanley Milloco!

My name is Sally Archer-Jones, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana, offering clinical supervision for Wraparound providers and those seeking advanced licensure who require supervision hours. I have assisted numerous colleagues in meeting their supervision requirements for licensure and have been providing clinical supervision since 2019.

For the past two decades, I have been a faculty member within accredited bachelor’s and master’s social work programs.  During this time, I developed a philosophy of facilitating learning that is relevant, meaningful, and practical to those I supervise.   My goal is to support professionals and to create safe spaces for confidential sharing of best practices and interventions.   In addition to my academic experience, I have worked in private clinical practice, performed psychiatric assessments in an emergency room, and am currently a social worker embedded within my local police department.

Hanley Milloco is named as a tribute to three of my beloved dogs – Hanley, Milhouse, and Moco.   Although they have passed, they live on in my heart and were with me every step of the way as I worked through my Master of Social Work and PhD.
